Vice President of Operations

Katelyn began working for The Bond Agency at a young age, helping with filing and answering the phones during the summer.  If you asked her then if she would have a future career in Surety, her response would have been “What exactly is a Surety Bond?” After graduating with a Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University in 2008 (Go Dukes!), Katelyn spent some time working in Retail Management before returning to The Bond Agency full time in 2011. Since then, Katelyn has worked her way up, and is now involved in every aspect of the business including Underwriting, Accounting, Staffing, and Training. In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys horseback riding, and surf fishing at Cape Henlopen State Park with her Husband Chris, and their Dog Avery, and watching the WORLD CHAMPION Philadelphia Eagles. During office hours, you will likely find her listening to Disney Piano music, and her favorite thing about working at The Bond Agency is getting to know our customers, and helping them navigate their unique bonding requirements. She also loves coordinating staff Birthday and holiday parties in the office.
